Free Offer Terms and Conditions

1. The Offer

  • (a) For a limited time, Mapulus Pty Ltd ACN 672 974 239 (Mapulus, we, us, our) is offering a free technical consultation and free integration services (the Offer) to eligible new customers.
  • (b) The Offer is intended to help you integrate Mapulus technology into your existing workflow, application, or platform.
  • (c) By redeeming or otherwise using the Offer, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any other terms incorporated by reference.

2. Eligibility

  • (a) The Offer is available only to new customers who have not previously received any free consultations or complimentary integrations from Mapulus.
  • (b) To access the Offer, you may be required to create a Mapulus account and provide accurate, complete information about yourself and/or your organisation.
  • (c) Eligibility for the Offer may also depend on verification of your identity, business requirements, or compliance with our general Terms of Service.

3. Scope of Services

  • (a) Free Consultation: You will receive one scheduled consultation session with a Mapulus technical specialist. This consultation is designed to assess your integration needs, recommend best practices, and guide you through initial setup steps.
  • (b) Free Integration Services: Our team will provide complimentary support to integrate Mapulus into your chosen systems (such as CRM platforms, project management tools, or third-party applications via Zapier). The free integration covers standard features and supported integrations only.
  • (c) Any custom, complex, or non-standard integrations, including those requiring bespoke software development or significant modifications to our existing APIs, may incur additional fees. We will notify you in advance if charges apply.

4. Timeframe and Availability

  • (a) The Offer is valid for a limited period and may be withdrawn or modified by us at any time without notice.
  • (b) To secure the free consultation and integration services, you must schedule and commence the consultation within 14 days of your account creation or as otherwise agreed with us.
  • (c) Appointment availability for free consultation sessions and integration support may be limited, and slots will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • (a) You are responsible for providing any necessary information, documentation, system access, or other materials required for us to complete the integration in a timely manner.
  • (b) You must maintain an active and stable internet connection, provide valid credentials (e.g., API keys, user logins), and follow the instructions given by our technical team during the consultation and integration process.

6. Limitations and Disclaimer

  • (a) All services provided under the Offer are on a best-effort basis. We make no guarantees, representations, or warranties (express or implied) regarding the performance, uptime, or suitability of the integrated systems.
  • (b) While we will take reasonable steps to ensure a smooth integration, unforeseen technical issues, incompatibilities, or third-party service limitations may arise. In such cases, we will communicate the issues to you promptly and discuss potential resolutions.
  • (c) Mapulus is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising from or in connection with your use of the Offer.

7. Post-Offer Terms

  • (a) After completion of the free consultation and integration services, any ongoing support, maintenance, updates, or feature requests may require you to subscribe to a paid plan or pay applicable fees.
  • (b) Any custom integration work beyond the standard features may be negotiated separately.

8. Changes to these Terms and Conditions

  • (a) We may amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time, with or without notice, in our sole discretion.
